Only 1 entry per person, please; excess entries will be discarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Each winner will receive 1 prize. Prize will be shipped direct to the winner by YouTube so winner is required to provide a USA or Canadian mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted).
